It’s true, in the game of life everyone just be happy, find love win and do them, right?  Well this is a list of 100 tips-yes-100, that will help with that goal.  Win at Life. Win at love. Win in Business. Just win wIN WIN!  I want you to win. You want you to win and so do your haters, so they can keep having something (or someone) to talk about.  All these tips can be used in all three categories-they are transcendent-they apply everywhere.  I’m no psychologist (minored in it though!) but they help me everyday and I hope they help you!   Be the best version of your self everyday and live your best life!  Win girl!

  2. Listen-listen to those around you and most importantly-listen to yourself
  3. Observe-Be still and observe your surrounding-you will always learn something new.
  4. Change-in order to grow we must change, habits, ideals and location sometimes.
  5. Ask open ended questions-it helps you get more out of the answers.
  6. Expand-expand outside of your comfort zone, to grow.
  7. Believe-believe in yourself.
  8. Do-Do things that make you happy.
  9. Be kind to people-even when they aren’t the kindest themselves.
  10. Smile-Smiling brings your mind to peace
  11. Love hard, love often. It makes your heart smile.
  12. Play with kids-it gives you new perspective,
  13. Be appreciative-It could always be worse.
  14. Learn something new at least once a month-it keeps your mind sharp and fresh.
  15. Do practice a healthy diet-keeps your body going.
  16. Do indulge in delicious food though every once in a while-makes you appreciate life.
  17. Do be creative-creativity gives you a great lease on life-you have unique talents.
  18. Study a different culture-helps you to understand others and see that differences may not be so different after all.
  19. Give advice when asked-you may have some information of value to someone.
  20. Take advice, someone might give you a new perspective.
  21. Strike up a conversation with a stranger-that might be your best friend in the future.
  22. Help when able-so many need help, not just people, but animals too.
  23. Volunteer-it helps to be more appreciative for what you have.

  43. Retry something you didn’t like as a child-your tastebuds grow too!
  44. Send handwritten notes, reconnect with humanity-a text is cool, but what about your handwriting?

  46. Try new restaurant once a month-new foods to please the palate.
  47. Walk or bike instead of driving every once in a while-you’ll notice things you hadn’t seen before on your usual route.

  55. Make a meal with friends-then eat it, even if you burn it because the wine was good and you were laughing so hard.
  56. Share a meal with people at a homeless shelter-it humbles you and helps you realize that there’s more to life outside your bubble.
  57. Be nonjudgmental-you don’t know what they’ve been through.
  58. Give someone a copy of your favorite book-they will learn a lot about you.
  59. Recycle-it’s good for the Earth.
  60. Give old clothes to someone in need-they could really use them.
  61. Make funny faces at a baby-if it only makes you laugh for them looking back at you funny.
  62. Play a game with a toddler-get down on the floor and see the angle from which they view the world.
  63. Teach someone to do something you’re good at-it’ll make you even better at it in return.
  64. Be helpful-it’s always appreciated and will make you feel good about yourself.
  65. Lay under the stars and consider the universe-do you feel small or mighty?
  66. Find the Big and Little Dippers-see if you can find what led so many to freedom.
  67. Leave an anonymous gift for someone-it will make you happy inside.
